Harry Baker is a Director of AF Credit, the bridging lending business operated by Chammosair Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 15786496). AF Credit is a direct principal lender: it lends its own capital and makes its own credit decisions, rather than broking cases to a panel of third-party funders.
Harry is directly involved in underwriting decisions across the loan book — residential, semi-commercial and commercial bridging, auction finance, refurbishment lending, and the AVM and desktop valuation routes that allow qualifying cases to complete without a physical survey. He works with borrowers and with introducing brokers, and is the point of escalation on complex or time-critical cases.
The product pages, rates and guides published on af.credit are reviewed by Harry to confirm that the lending criteria, LTV limits, rates and timescales stated reflect what AF Credit will actually lend.
